Thrive Tracker™ Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Thrive Tracker™ Mobile App (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Thrive Tracker is a goal-setting and personal growth tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes

  • Keep login information secure

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or modify the App

  • Not reverse-engineer or copy the App

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you enter (goals, habits, reflections).
You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for app functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your personal entries.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

If the App offers paid features:

  • Purchases are managed through the App Store or Google Play

  • Refunds must be requested through those platforms

  • We do not directly process payments or issue refunds

5. Disclaimer

he Thrive Tracker App and all content within it are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Thrive Vibe Creations does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or preservation of user data. We are not liable for data loss, service disruptions, user decisions made based on the app’s content, or technical issues arising from device or software limitations. You use the App at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account to stop using the App at any time.

7. Subscription Terms

‍By purchasing a subscription within the Thrive Tracker app, you agree to the following terms:

‍Billing and Payments

All subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You authorize the respective platform to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any associated taxes in accordance with their billing terms.

‍Automatic Renewals

Unless canceled, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). You acknowledge and agree that renewal charges will be automatically processed unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

‍Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions must be managed or canceled directly through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting the Thrive Tracker app, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. You remain responsible for any charges that accrue prior to the cancellation taking effect.

‍Pricing Changes

Thrive Tracker reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features at any time. If prices increase, we will notify you in advance through the App Store or Play Store in accordance with platform policies. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

‍Platform Control

All billing, renewals, and refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly by those platforms. Thrive Tracker does not have access to, nor control over, individual user billing accounts or payment details.

Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases made through the Thrive Tracker app are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy. Because payments are processed through Apple or Google, Thrive Tracker cannot issue direct refunds.

‍Refund Requests

‍No Partial Refunds or Credits

Thrive Tracker does not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, early cancellation, or periods of inactivity.

‍User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, ensuring timely cancellation if you choose to discontinue service, and maintaining valid payment information. Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes your acceptance of the renewed billing period.

‍Chargebacks and Disputes

By subscribing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid transactions. Any disputes must first be addressed through Thrive Tracker’s customer support team. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
